We are called the SAFFA PHOENIX because, like the legendary bird, we transform challenges into opportunities, igniting passion and perseverance within every player. Our academy fosters an inclusive environment where youth come together to learn, grow, and rise stronger through the power of teamwork and personal development.

Coaching that develops the whole player.
Athletes will learn from certified SAFFA RUGBY ACADEMY coaches, occasionally supported by guest coaches and specialists who bring elite experience and fresh perspectives to the field.
Real opportunities to compete and grow.
Players take part in matches and tournaments against teams across Colorado, gaining confidence, game understanding, and the thrill of real competition.
High School players are eligible to receive an individual performance & development plan that helps track progress, highlights strengths, and guides their growth throughout the season.
